2016 reflections

The highlights for this year were going on school camp because it was fun going on all off the walks.

I am proud of my reading because it helped me because I couldn't read that good.

Next year I want to continue on chapter chat

reflection term 4 week 6

For chapter-chat are tack was to make trophy and rite bracket wood cup on it i used shapes to make from a google drawing next time i think i need to ad a little more detail to it.

For chapter-chat are task was to make a boxpatal out of a real box but i made one on my chrome-book i use shapes to make this next time i need to put more detail on the boxpatal

reflection term 4 week 2

for my Margret scratchier we had to write 5 facks about Margret Thatcher
next time i think i might have to Chang some of the writing mistakes

For my myth a legend character study i did the Nemean lion, the hydra and
the Erymanthian Boar i picked they animals because i love animals
next time i think i might have to write more similes

For maths we had to do a position work and me and Zach did here is a example if I had an apple that was at C4 i would find the number 4 and find the letter C so it would mean i have found C4.

For my mythical creature I did a Finix the tack was to write a myth about any animal of your're choice i chose Fenix because i can set it self on fire.

i did a google drawing of my Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing we had to rate the book for people
I think I worked really hard on my Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing because I have writing 4 paragraphs
and put 3 good  like we were meant to i think next time I should have more describe on what the book is about.

For chapter chat we had two tasks one was to make a turtle or a picture of Fudge(Fang) because his two front teeth are missing because he thought that he could fly i made the turtle called dribble we had to right ten factss about turtles around the drawing i made dribble sit on his favorite rock in the turtle bowl.

over the week m1 have being doing chapter chat about a book called tales of a fourth
grade nothing in the book there is a kid called petter hi dad works for a company called
juicy-O are task was to make a juicy-O slide or drawing of a video and we had to put a
price and the ingredients I made a juice-O box of the front page of the book i think next
time i think i have to work on describing the Juicy-O drink I am proud of my work because
i think i have worked hard on my drawing because of the back-round the glass with juice-O
in it and the juice-O juice box.

term 3 Week 6 reflection

Over the week we have being doing the frog life cycle it was hard to think of a explanation but        

I thought of one next time i think i should add more descriptive words explaining the frog life cycle

I am proud of my work because I think I have worked very hard on this.

Week 6 term 3 Literacy reflection

This was for be an explorer. The tasks that we had to do was write why you should be an explorer,
next time i think we have more detail because it is my groups work is well because i only did Reason 5. I am proud of my work because i think i write a good reason to be an explorer.

Reflection term 3 Week 5

For my DLO we had to right the percentage, The fraction and the decimal out how many people in new Zealand got medals. I used Google slide to share my learning because it was a good way to add in images of my bookwork.  I am most proud of that I had to write the percentage the fraction and the decimal in my maths and screen shoot a picture and put it on my slide.


For my Olympics comprehension i had to keep track of the people in the Olympics that got medals until the Olympics is done I was proud of my work because i had to make all 17 links.  Next time i think i could add a link to one of the winners medal ceremonies.  This would make it even more interesting.

reflection Term 3 week M

Over the term Mamaku 1 have being working on their speech this is my speech.
My speech is about Pokemon go it tells you what poke-gyms poke-stops are and what Pokemon are.  My next step learning for next time is to make my speech a little bit longer and include more detail.

For book charterer day we have had amazing costumes After a sad lost Jordyn 
she was a great learner at grey main if she was sill here here costume would have been magnificent!

Term 2 week 9 reflection

For this follow up we had to guess what they were doing and if we got it right you would right yes and if you don't get it right you right wrong.

For hang man i had to guess a world that my partner right and i got it right it was night fury.

For this follow up i had to read the book did you shake you're tail feathers and then i had to put the facts on to the follow up it was easy because i read the book home.

For this follow up i had to find words in the book and copy the on to this follow up it was very easy because you only had t read the first and next page.

Reflections Week 7 Term 2

For this Follow up I had To Read The sentient and then I had to Write What event is most likely to encounter next And I rite more danger

For my I pushed open the creaky door In had to read the things highlighted pinkish Brown and I right the stuff in Hi lighted in greenish blue.
For my story map I had to read The book Patrick and the Leprechaun  and then had to describe the Main characters setting Supporting charters solution problem.

Reflection term 2 week 6

For my character Description  I had to make a picture of my character. How did the characters change over time
What are the characters traits? What was the characters problem? Did they manage to solve their problem, if so how?
This activity was Easy  apart from when we had to describe the characters traits.
For this we had to describe eyes, teeth, skin, heart, legs, roar, smell, nose and mouth. I love this and I hope You like it is well so take a look.
This was made in a google drawing for this it was hard And I needed some help but i got there and I finished it.  We were multiplying tens.  I still need to practice this strategy.

Reflections Week 5 Term 2

For this we were multiply tens to solve word problems.  It was a little bit tricky, but I got there!

This was based on a story called peter and the wolf.  We had to summarise the story in order to show our understanding of the text.

Reflection Week 4 Term 2

I used google drawings to do this book review about the movie and book Mr stink.

I was playing hangman this was a fun way of learning my spelling words.

I
 had to use google drawings to do this Mr stink similarities and diffracts.  We read the novel as a class and then we watched the movie.

Characteristics

We used a abcya word cloud to make this word cloud using the words that my class mates have written about me.

My task was to solve these problems And doubling and having.




For this I had to use a google Drawing and google images.The task that was set was to make a google drawing slide in your own way. To share about our story.

Reflections Wk 2 T2

For my telling time activity I needed to use a slide.  I learnt to convert between 24 and 12 hour time.
This is my trench I made it out of electric wire and cobblestone brick.  I used Google drawings to create and I had to think about what might have been in a war trench.

Reflections week 1 term 2

the fence is electric and the bricks are made out of cobblestone. It is cameo so they can surprise attack the enemy .


First  i did red and then orange and then gold and then yellow and the pithier and then my poem.

Reflection week 7 Term 1

I figured out these questions by using rounding and compensating.   
My goal was to use rounding and compensation to solve multiplication problems.  I found it a wee bit tricky but I will keep practicing.

Reflection Week 9

First I read the story Guide Dogs and then I listened  to the audio. I had to recreate my favourite page in the book.




I needed to use addition and subtraction to work out these questions.   I found this a little bit hard but I did it.            

I needed to go back and fix up my letters because when I re read it it didn't make sense.

Reflection Week 6

My goal was to use Addition to solve multiplication and I used addition and rounding compensation to help me

My goal was to understand what I was reading and create a new ending. I think I did good because I went back and fixed up words and it makes sense.
